Using mindful movement and the continuous re-examination of the body as a vessel of experience, the systemised material leads to the creation of the autonomous body.

The workshop explores the interpretation of movement and its gradual shift into performance art.

Through a series of preparatory practices including breathwork, stretching and sensitive dance training methods the lab will gradually lead the participants to discover their unique creative and expressive vocabularies.
