Kane Stonestreet - Ceremony - A Festival of Performance
CEREMONY is the culmination of a year long programme of activites curated by Future Ritual, exploring art making as a mode of gathering and ritual in this fragmented age.

Location: Copeland Gallery, Unit 9, Copeland Park, 133 Copeland Rd, Peckham, London SE15 3SN
The festival will feature new works by Alastair MacLennan, Anne Bean, emilyn claid, Kane Stonestreet, n:u, Pianka Pärna, Raisa Kabir, Rubiane Maia and SERAFINE1369, along with the UK premieres of works by Marilyn Arsem, gustaf broms, Liz Rosenfeld and VestAndPage.
Amidst the fragmentation of contemporary life and the ossifying effects of capitalism in the metropolis, this five-day programme is imagined as an invitation to cross a series of thresholds, to awaken desire, and to rekindle enchantment.
Alongside these performances, we are pleased to be offering two intensive artist development workshops: Arcane Portals with VestAndPage and On Practice with Marilyn Arsem.

Fite Fuaite workshop with Sinéad O Donnell
126 Gallery and Studios presents ‘Fite Fuaite’ a two-day performance event in collaboration
with Bbeyond. On Sunday the 20th of April at 1pm, the acclaimed Irish performance artist
Sinéad O’Donnell will host a performance workshop masterclass. Participants will explore
concepts of artist meetings, encounters, collaborations and shared spaces. As an artist living
with impairments, Sinéad will show participants how she encounters materials, sites, space
and methodologies through her body and performance practice. She will share her
experiences of working with artists through action art meetings, collaborations remotely and
in person. The workshop will last approximately 40 minutes followed by a break and a chat.
There will be a group action following the workshop that will last approximately 1.5 hours.
This masterclass is open to all abilities, participants do not need to have prior experience of
performance art. Ages 16+ welcome.

Fite Fuaite at 126 Gallery and Studios, Galway
126 Gallery and Studios are delighted to announce ‘Fite Fuaite’, a performance event in
collaboration with Bbeyond. The two day event will take place in 126 Gallery and will begin
on Saturday the 19th April at 1pm with performances by Zara Lyness, Sinéad O’Donnell,
Joseph Hendel, Eilís (Elizabeth Curren), Noel Arrigan and Emily Lohan. On Sunday the 20th
of April at 1pm Sinéad O’Donnell will be giving a workshop followed by a group performance,
free and open to all.
