Hosted in their atmospheric gallery, a former bank vault turned creative space, this exhibition draws inspiration from the strange, whimsical, and often profound world of medieval marginalia.
Works displayed within this exciting new group show respond to the theme of reinterpreting these illustrations. These mysterious doodles and scribbles, once hidden in the margins of ancient manuscripts, are now an artistic springboard.
Expect creatures jousting, snails wearing helmets, or surreal beasts strumming lutes; nothing is too bizarre.
